4. General Terms of Use of the Website (GTU)
The website www.soleildor-megeve.com (hereinafter the “Site”) is published by BMF GHSO MEGEVE (hereinafter “BMF”), a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €1,380.00, whose registered office is located at 103 rue de Miromesnil, 75008 Paris. Use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms of use (hereinafter the “GTU”), without restriction or reservation.
4.1 Purpose
These GTU define the terms of use of the Site by users (hereinafter the “User”). BMF offers, through its Site, an online reservation service allowing Users to book stays (hereinafter the “Service”).
4.2 Access to the Site
The Site is accessible 24/7. BMF implements all reasonable measures to ensure quality access to the Site. Nevertheless, access may be interrupted, suspended, or modified at any time, notably for maintenance or updates, without prior notice.
4.3 Intellectual Property
The entire Site, including but not limited to: texts, graphics, icons, photographs, logos, videos, sounds, plans, and trademarks, is protected by French, European, and international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or use, in whole or in part, of these elements without prior written authorization from BMF is strictly prohibited, in accordance with Article L122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an act of infringement that may engage the civil and/or criminal liability of the offender. BMF reserves the right to take legal action against anyone violating this rule.
The use or reproduction of the domain name www.soleildor-megeve.com, the logo, or any other distinctive sign of BMF is also prohibited without prior written consent.
